Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Carol Mary Orr, Civil Marriage Celebrant and Justice of the Peace. I have been appointed by the Australian Government, Federal Attorney General's Department, as a Civil Marriage Celebrant. I specialise in romantic and individual wedding ceremonies, and other life celebrations. I am a fellow of the Association of Civil Marriage Celebrants of NSW & ACT Inc, and I uphold their Code of Ethics and Code of Practice.
