My name is Carol Mary Orr, and I have been appointed by the Federal Attorney General's Department as a Civil Marriage Celebrant. I am a proud Fellow of the Association of Civil Marriage Celebrants of NSW and ACT Inc, and I uphold their Code of Ethics and Code of Practice. I officiate at weddings and celebrations throughout Sydney and the NSW South Coast. If you are from interstate or even overseas and are planning a wedding in Sydney, I would be happy to help you plan your arrangements. As well as conducting wedding ceremonies, I also conduct many other life celebrations, including gay and lesbian commitment ceremonies, baby naming and baby welcoming ceremonies, and renewal of vows and reaffirmations. In addition to these services, I also specialise in being your Master of Ceremonies, either for your wedding day or for that special occasion function. I am committed to providing services that are professional, individual, and above all, tailored to your needs. I will be happy to guide you through your ceremony in a friendly and professional manner, to help make your celebration a success.
