Weddings
My fee includes:
-
Attending and officiating at your ceremony.

All preparation of your legal documents prior, during and after your wedding ceremony.

Two meetings with the couple to determine requirements and plan arrangements.

A ceremony individually tailored to suit your needs and wishes.

Numerous poems and readings for the couple to choose from, for inclusion in your Order or Service for family and friends to read to personalise your ceremony. Copies of these can be taken home by the couple to view and decide upon.

Your final Order of Service emailed or posted to you for your perusal and approval.

Order of Service personalised to your requests and requirements, and typed
in a presentation folder.

Extra copies of poems and readings brought on the wedding day for your
readers.

Telephone and email liaison whenever required.
A non-refundable lodgement fee of $200.00 is required when your "Notice of Intended Marriage" form is completed, and lodged through me.
This will also secure your wedding date and booking.
By law, this form must be lodged with your celebrant at least one full calander month
prior to the date of your wedding.
The balance of $350.00 is payable at our follow-up meeting prior to your wedding day, when a Statutory Declaration by law must be signed by the
couple and signed and witnessed by the celebrant. After the ceremony, three
Marriage Certificates will be signed by the couple, their two witnesses and
the Celebrant. One will be a presentation to the couple, one will to sent to
the Department of Births Deaths & Marriages (by the celebrant). One will be
kept for the celebrants records.
This arrangement also means there is no payment on your wedding day to worry about, and
all legal requirements are met, so that your very special day will be
perfect.
Baby Naming Ceremonies
My fee includes:

Attending and officiating at your ceremony.

A meeting with the parents to discuss ceremony plans and details.

A ceremony individually tailored to suit your needs and wishes, and the creation and compilation of an order of service according to your wishes.

A selection of poems for the parents to choose from to be included in the ceremony. Copies of these can be taken home by the couple to view and decide upon.

A commemorative presentation 'Naming Certificate' and commemorative presentation folder to keep. Extra certificates for the godparents and/or grandparents where required,

Telephone and email liaison whenever required.
Total fee for this service is $250.00. A deposit is required at the first meeting with the parents to secure your date and booking. Payment in full at this stage would be appreciated, that way there is nothing to pay on the actual day of the Naming Ceremony and nothing to worry about for your special day.
All payments can be made by cash, personal cheques, or bank cheque, or direct electronic transfer.
These fees are current. They are subject to negotiation for any non standard arrangements.
